Creative Operations
I build the shared language, the team, and the seats to keep creative teams aligned and shipping. While each project is unique, the goals are usually the same: get the team rowing the same direction, remove friction, and make something wonderful. Every time.
Documentary & Brand
Story is the whole stack. I own it from idea to delivery: the campaign, the film, the brand, the key art, the trailer, the press hit, and the connection with an audience. All pointing the same direction. I started as an editor, so I find the spine early and refine instead of rescue
Production Systems
I create production systems to turn ideas into finished work. Clear briefs, honest schedules, reviews that actually move projects forward, and a final pass before anything ships. I use old tools, new tools, and everything in between to get the team doing their best work. In the simplest sense, it's fast iterations, clear sprints, and strong decisions.
Campaigns & Audiences
Everything I've built started small and found its people. A tour with no office became a global movement. An independent film became a worldwide release. A pilot episode became an award-winning series. I build things audiences gather around, and I keep building until the gathering becomes a movement.

Produced by Scott Seibold, Not Just A Goof uncovers the untold story of A Goofy Movie — a Disney film that struggled upon release but later gained a passionate following.
Through key interviews and rare archival footage, our documentary explores the challenges faced by its young creative team, the studio dynamics that shaped it, and its unexpected resurgence as a cult classic.
